At TotalSpa, we process and ship your orders with maximum efficiency. Once funds are fully cleared in our bank account, your order will be shipped within 24 to 48 business hours following the manufacturing and release of the product (excluding weekends and official Mexican holidays). However, unforeseen logistics circumstances may occasionally cause minor delays.

Delivery Conditions

• Transit Times: We cannot guarantee exact transit times for ground shipping or heavy freight shipments, as schedules depend entirely on third-party carrier logistics.
• Heavy Freight Items (Bathtubs, Jacuzzis & Spas): 
  • Curbside Delivery / Job Site Delivery: Deliveries are made at the curb, loading dock, or driveway entrance of your job site or property.
  • Special Handling & Placement: Any additional inside placement, hoisting, or extra maneuvering requested at the time of delivery will be evaluated and, if feasible, subject to additional fees.
  • Delivery Re-attempts: If the first delivery attempt is refused or missed, the customer will assume all additional re-delivery charges.

• Remote & Extended Delivery Areas:

  • For locations designated as remote or extended areas by local carriers within Mexico, transit times may be longer as deliveries are made according to scheduled route days.
