Terms and Conditions – Current Promotions September | TotalSpa

Validity: From September 1 to September 30, 2026, Mexico City central time (CST).

These promotions apply exclusively to purchases made within the validity period on participating products, subject to inventory availability, manufacturing capacity, and the commercial conditions described in this document. The purchase of any product on promotion implies the express and full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

A. General Rules

  1. Availability: Promotions are subject to inventory existence and/or current manufacturing times at the time of the order.
  2. Non-Accumulation: No promotion or benefit can be combined with other discounts, coupons, commercial agreements, special prices, or current promotions, unless explicitly stated in writing.
  3. Prices and Calculation Basis: Discount percentages apply only to the list price valid at the time of the formal quotation.
  4. Taxes: Exhibited or quoted prices may be subject to applicable taxes in accordance with current tax legislation.
  5. Financing: Interest-Free Months (MSI) facilities apply only when explicitly indicated, with participating credit cards and under the corresponding authorization from the issuing bank.
  6. Exclusion of Additional Services: No promotion includes shipping costs, freight, loading/unloading maneuvers, civil works, foundations, or electrical, hydraulic, or structural adaptations or installations, unless expressly specified in writing in the formal quotation.
  7. Graphic and Illustrative Material: The images, renders, and photographs published are purely illustrative. Finishes, tones, accessories, or settings may vary from the final product delivered.
  8. Warranty: No term set forth herein limits, substitutes, or excludes the legal warranty rights corresponding to the consumer in accordance with applicable legislation.
  9. Modifications: TotalSpa reserves the right to update, cancel, or modify promotions without prior notice, guaranteeing absolute respect for formally paid or previously confirmed purchases.
  10. Formal Validity: Any promotional benefit or condition will require written backing in the formal quotation issued by TotalSpa to take effect.

1. Spas & Jacuzzis – 25% Off + Free Therapy

Applies to participating spa and jacuzzi models.

Benefits included:

  • 25% direct discount on the current list price.
  • Chromotherapy or Ozonotherapy at no additional cost (customer's choice and subject to availability).

Technical conditions of the benefit:

  • The integration of the complimentary therapy (chromotherapy or ozonotherapy) is strictly subject to the compatibility and technical feasibility of the selected equipment.
  • If the chosen model does not technically allow such integration, the benefit cannot be substituted for cash, additional discounts, or alternative accessories.

Restrictions:

  • Does not include installation services, freight, handling, or space or supply modifications.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or agreements.

2. Bathtubs (AQUASPA, Edition and Freestanding) – 25% Discount + Free Therapy

Benefits included:

  • 25% direct discount on the current list price for all participating tubs, with or without hydromassage system.
  • Chromotherapy or Ozonotherapy at no additional cost, chosen by the customer, only on hydromassage models that are technically compatible with the integration of these therapies.

Technical conditions for therapy benefit:

  • Chromotherapy or Ozonotherapy at no cost applies exclusively to hydromassage tubs whose configuration and manufacturing specifications allow for their installation.
  • The availability of each therapy will depend on the technical compatibility of each model.
  • The benefit is not exchangeable for cash, additional discount, or other products.

Explicit exclusion of lines:

  • The Aquario, Piacere, Pietra, and Económica lines are expressly excluded from any discount or gift. These products are sold at regular price and under their standard conditions.

Restrictions:

  • Does not include unlisted accessories, installation, shipping, or technical adaptations.

3. Saunas & Steam Generators – Gift Set + 3 Months Interest-Free

Applies to participating saunas and steam generators.

Benefits included:

  • Gift Kit: Traditional bucket and ladle + Aromatherapy kit (12 essences).
  • 3 Interest-Free Months on list price with participating credit cards.

Specific conditions:

  • Interest-Free Months are subject to bank approval and the minimum purchase amount required by the payment platform or participating bank.
  • The gift kit is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other supplies.

Restrictions:

  • Requires prior validation by the customer regarding the compatibility of the space and required installations before completing the purchase.

4. Smart Toilets – 10% Discount + 12 Months No Interest

Applies to participating smart toilets imported by AQUASPA with NOM certification.

Benefits included:

  • 10% direct discount on the current list price.
  • 12 Interest-Free Months with participating credit cards.

Specific conditions:

  • Benefit applicable exclusively to individual purchases.
  • Interest-Free Months are subject to the authorization and policies of the corresponding banking institution.

Restrictions:

  • Does not include shipping costs, handling charges, or plumbing/electrical connections.

5. Bathroom Clearance Items

Applies only to items expressly tagged or identified in the clearance section.

Purchase options to choose from:

  • Special clearance price for cash payment.
  • OR Regular list price with deferral to 3 Months No Interest (subject to participating cards and banks).

Special conditions:

  • Products subject to availability while supplies last.
  • As these are clearance items, no exchanges or returns are accepted due to customer decision or dissatisfaction, except in cases covered by the corresponding legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

6. Accessories, Spare Parts, Pergolas, and Services

Applies to participating catalog products and services.

Benefit:

  • 3, 6, 9 or 12 Interest-Free Months at regular list price, depending on product type, purchase amount, and participating bank and card.

Restrictions:

  • Subject to approval by the bank's payment processor.
  • Does not apply to items with clearance prices, closeouts, or previously applied special promotions.

7. Coverage, Connection and Commissioning

The connection and commissioning service (when applicable or contracted) is geographically limited to the following coverage areas within the Mexican Republic:
Mexico City, State of Mexico, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Querétaro, Jalisco (Guadalajara Metropolitan Area), San Miguel de Allende, Celaya, and Quintana Roo (Cancun).

Operational Exclusions: The service does not include civil works, grooving, preparation of hydraulic/electrical outlets, foundations, or structural modifications.

Per Diem and Accessibility:

  • For extended travel, hard-to-reach locations, areas with time/entry restrictions, or special logistical conditions within the coverage zone, per diem or additional charges may apply, which will be quoted and formally informed in writing before scheduling the visit.
  • For areas outside of coverage or with restricted access, TotalSpa may provide online technical advice and support as an alternative to an in-person visit.

8. Resolutions and Clarifications

  1. Document Priority: Should there be any discrepancy between advertising material (social media, banners, print) and the formal quotation issued by a TotalSpa advisor, the conditions stated in writing in the formal quotation shall prevail at all times, respecting consumer rights.
  2. Contact Channels: Any questions, clarifications, or requests regarding the scope of these promotions must be handled through TotalSpa's official customer service channels.
  3. Dispute Resolution: For the resolution of any differences arising from the promotions, the parties shall preferably seek a direct agreement in good faith.

Promotions valid from September 1 to 30, 2026. Restrictions apply. Subject to inventory, manufacturing capacity, bank authorization, and TotalSpa's commercial terms.
